Hi, I’m Davide,

a strategic thinker with a pulse in philosophy and a history in brand communication. I help brands, institutions, and individuals design for coherence in a world optimized for performance.

Across a decade of cross-industry work — from luxury cruise lines to cultural storytelling — I’ve led marketing and communication strategies that move people, not just metrics.

But beyond KPIs and content calendars, I’m driven by a deeper pursuit:
How do we build meaning in a fragmented world?
What does it take to align words, actions, and systems with something that actually matters?

That question led me to explore authenticity as a strategic principle — not just a branding buzzword. Through writing, creative research, and cross-media projects, I map how identity, culture, and design intertwine.

Work experience

Costa Cruises

At Costa Cruises, I lead the onboard marketing and communication strategy across multiple revenue-driving departments — including retail, spa, photography, and food & beverage. I craft integrated, multi-channel campaigns that align commercial goals with guest engagement, across physical spaces, screens, and spoken messages. This requires navigating cultural nuance, operational complexity, and high-volume environments — orchestrating storytelling that works in real time, with real stakes. It’s where I turned communication into a force multiplier — not just for revenue, but for clarity, coherence, and experience design.

Biolaser / Biosmed

At Biosmed & Biolaser, I led HR innovation projects focused on organizational development and internal communication within the wellness & healthcare sector. My role blended strategic planning with human-centered design — overseeing initiatives aimed at improving talent engagement, team cohesion, and culture-shaping rituals. Working at the intersection of psychology, systems thinking, and communication, I developed frameworks that helped align internal values with operational realities. This experience deepened my understanding of how authenticity functions not just in external branding, but within the social architecture of organizations.

Amazon

At Amazon, I operated within the Retail Business Services division, where I was responsible for optimizing product setup strategies for premium vendor brands. My work ensured accurate, timely, and high-impact listings for high-value partners — balancing scalability with brand integrity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across data, content, and compliance, I helped streamline onboarding processes and maintain the excellence expected from Amazon’s top-tier product portfolio. This role sharpened my operational precision, problem-solving agility, and my ability to translate brand nuance into scalable retail execution.
